What Is Your Line Of Work

I am a retired pensioner. I have been for the last four years, since I was 52. Prior to that I have been a:

Clerk
Baker
Licensed Practical Nurse
Assembler
Millwright
Welder Repairman (resistance welding equipment)
Electrician

Of all the above I like Retired Pensioner the best. I am often ask, "Do you like retirement?" My stock answer is, "What's not to like about it?"

Retired Air Force after 20 (yeah, right. Enough to live under a bridge somewhere). Currently working for a public utility, Dominion Virginia Power as a power plant operator.

substation maint. foreman for a utility company keeping the lights on except when huricanes come through gustav and ike kept us real busy taking away riding time down here in south louisiana

I'm a specialist in the most disfunctional industry this country has ever seen:

Airline Pilot

Holy Cow ..who you fly for..I fly once are twice a week...oh yeah btw I hate Atlanta A/P...lol..in fact delivering a truck to Baltimore MD...and then flying to Orlando to pick one up...when I say I fly I mean as a passenger not the pilot...lol

My early years I was a certified welder, worked as a Millwright at a cement plant in Pittsburgh. Changed careers and got into HVAC. Worked for Trane residential systems for 6 years, then went to work for a large contracter in sales. (alot less stress!)

:bigsmiley40: I am the Director of Field Operations for a large custom home builder in middle Tennessee. More like a high priced baby sitter. but after 38 years (ouch) in the business I am used to it.:bigsmiley40:

I fly for the "Big D" so you probably can guess I pretty much live in the Atlanta airport you love so much!
