I am a General Manager of a John Deere Dealership (both AG & Construction)-been in the "Industry" for 29 Years, and a GM for 16-lots of stress at times (especially dealing with Employees), but my reward is knowing that I help feed & house people and the overall general honesty of 90% of my Customers-some are real salt-of-the-earth types.

About 8 or so Years to Retirement, and I can't wait-don't know if I'll stay doing this until then, as I have done this so long that I have really run out of challenges-

I operate a 6000 horse scrap shredder. I can shred a full size pickup truck complete with block into pieces the size of a baseball in around 30 seconds. on a good day i can shred better than 1000 tons. ive been in industrial scrap management for 15 years. ive always liked heavy machinery so i guess im in the right business.

HOLY SCRAP METAL!!!!!

I just can't imagine a machine that can scrap a pickup in 30 seconds..
