Such a nice morning in Las Vegas I went for a forty mile one way breakfast ride with another ol guy. God is good all the time. :s :s

Sometimes I'll call in sick for a Mental Health day. I'll usually tell him I can't get off the toilet for more than 10 minutes at a time. Not many questions after that.
