My 09 is similar. I have to twist the throttle a plenty to get acceleration to say pass a truck or whatever. Also, on way home from Sturgis going through WV, I tried to accelerate using the throttle up an incline and the cruise was on. It would not accelerate. Tried without cruise and it pulled right up the hill... Umm this was loaded bags, tourpack, tp rack and wife. We were running heavy and the bike would climb and even accelerate up some pretty steep inclines at 75 in 6th gear. I am only running a stage 1 kit w/PCv and it does pretty good. Don't see a reason for a 103... but the stock exhaust and tune??? I have heard the 2010's exhaust is real restrictive.
