Being from Wyoming and now living Ohio I do a lot of back forth trips yearly. My fatboy seems to react to the wind a little more than my bikes of the past. But I typically go until I start having issues with lane control. The gusts in the flats like Kansas or states just as flat are what you need to watch for. I have had two that almost ended the trip for me. Sorry I cant give you what mph the winds are. Of coarse how much can you trust the weather man. They may say 30 mph and cloudy, then you get out there and its calm and sunny.
