How Could Harley Improve?

Tell us how you think Harley could improve on their product to make it better or more desirable.

Do you think there's room for improvement and if so in what area.
 
Listen to the customer, Poll them on likes dis likes, Hold the line on pricing including parts, give their dealer network more flexability
 
My thoughts on this would be to put the customer ahead of the share holders:s

Without the customers, what would become of the company?
 
Put more back in racing, Wins on Sundays= sales on Monday:s
 
TCE = Total Customer Experience. The customer needs to be the focus and the dealers should employ techniques so the customer wants to return and support the local dealers. Just my thoughts..

Made in the USA by Americans. Pride in product and craftsman ship. Ease up on the prices, let people be part of the experience. stop trying to be custom bike builders thats what the custom world is for.
 
I would love to see "Made in America" become a battle cry from Harley Davidson, but I don't think that it is possible without pretty much doubling the price. If there was a way to do it and only have the total price rise 10-15%, I think HD could hang on. Above that price, I think the numbers would not work.
