EVO engine. What to watch out for?

One thing I will make mention of, is that IF going to roll off anther 32,000 miles on that 80"er, take a look at your tappets, as the Moco, sent a service bulletin down, in regards to that, at 25,000. The jist was "inspect and/or replace" at that time.
It is a(EDIT) mess when a tappet roller goes south.

For the tappet screen I just use a coin that fits snugly in the slot - or a large washer as CatWoman use. I can even re-use the coin afterwards

As for TC vs. EVO - Doug and Breeze has what I also belive are the real reasons covered, i.e. EPA & protectionism...

More power? Nah.
