Why we ride

Its the bond. The bike becomes an extension of me, or I with it. Twisting the throttle, braking-hand or foot, grabbing the clutch and shifting, laying into a curve. Every part of me interacts with every part and beat of the bike. It reacts to my thought, action, and instinct. All the while we ride into whatever elements lie above and below. We are our own master.

Einstein was right. Space and time do warp. After a days ride, miles and hours seem like a blip.

I Don't like the OVER KILL of this saying;

............."LIVE TO RIDE and RIDE TO LIVE"...........

But it DOES describe it PERFECTLY for ME.....:D

When young and riding bicycles I wanted to go further and faster so when I became of age I started to ride motorcycles. And I have not looked back.

I took an MSF class, just to learn how. Once I was up on 2 wheels, the bug got to me. And once I hit the first biker bar and the hotties were all over me, well, I was hooked!

Anyone have any penicillin?
