Starters Same or not

I know on the 07 103 police models there were troubles with the starters, until they added the ACR's to them. With a 110, I would think that would even be worse. Could that be the problem?
 
With a "built up" engine to push against...a beefier starter is the easiest way to deal with the issue...ACR's to me are a mod to the heads which is a rather tricky machining issue...and a lot of trouble for essentially an expensive workaround...JMO...:newsmile091:
 
The 110 heads are already drilled for ACRs. He needs to check to see that the
ACRs are installed, the ACR harness is installed and the ECU needs to be told that they are there to be used. It is default OFF.
