Just an update... got the broken piece out and replace with two new pinch bolts, set neck bearing again and took it out for a good ride, at first I didn't feel like I wanna try turning sharply at the corner, slowly increasing the leaning angle, feel very good, no wobbling at any speed when turning, then I did some floor board scrapping on right turns, bike feels tight like it should be, no wobbling so far. Will try again later but so far so good.
Don't know why/how that broken pinch bolt on front foRk makes my rear end wobbling but seem likes it fixed now and yes, I'm happy.
