I found that the only warning that you get that the battery is running low, is a single chirp the first time I move the bike. It then happens more often as the battery dies.

Yes that is what mine does...thanks!If the chirping is enabled then it should chirp.
If your chirping is disabled then there should be no noise.
(I have mine in “chirpless” mode and my indicators flash to let me know the system is armed.)

No tricks, just install the way it comes out.is there any trick to installing the battery? don't mean to sound dumb but i don't want to mess anything up
