Run a compression test first, reinstall the plugs and wires, Harley Davidson Forums try one of these for spark, if you have spark at the plugs it will light up, you can get these pretty cheap at any Auto store and Sears

My 2012 did the same thing, come to find out the ECM was fried, rode it one day and the next day it would roll over fine but would not start
