The 551 might very well do the trick. However, until the OP knows chamber volume and whether or not the '03 springs are OEM or not; he is flying blind. If in fact his CR is 9.9 as he claims, the 551 will push corrected CR just past 9.5 and, IMHO, too much for a "street" build. The OEM '03 springs will not accomodate the 551 lift unless modifed or aftermarket.
The point of my previous posts have been to make the OP understand that he need hard data to formulate a sucessful build plan.
