Looking at a '94 883 to buy for my wife.
When the engine is idling, the front cylinder is not firing very often.
When the engine is shut down the front cyl. is not hot.
I know it could be several things such as the plug, wiring, plug wire, coil and stator.
Anything else?
Does the stator control/time the fireing of the plugs?
And if it may be the stator, how much do they cost?
Thanks.
