1993 Sportster Won't start after storage

I could be wrong on this Jack. Seeing as how that is the Idle Air screw wouldn't you want to enlarge the Intermediate jet if more than 21/2 turns are required for adjustment?

That should read Pilot jet up from stock 45 to 48
 
Stock pilot jet on 1993 883 sportster is 40 main jet is a 160
With a free flowing ac and exhaust 45 and 175 should be more suitable sizes
As the rod that operates the accelerator jet is on the outside of the carb and can get gummed up especially if the bike has been unused for some time remove clean lubricate refit and should operate ok

This can be avoided next time by running some stabil through the bike before storing it. If a six month or longer deployment, I would run the carb dry.
