I go to the hand specialist at 10:00 am Wednesday for the testing and maybe x ray.
Left wrist has torn tendon, there is a protruding lump, 1 inch long 1/4 inch wide, right has a bump about the same area.
L&I doctor thought it was a blood vain until she came over to my side of the room and pushed on it. She had me put pointy and thumb together as she inter locked hers with mine, the right hand I was able to keep mine together as she pulled her hand away, left hand didn't pass that test, said I will need it fixed.
I have shooting pain top side of both thumbs, and the left wring up the inside of the forearm just past the tendon that is in question.
Right middle finger tip just past the center of the finger nail woke me up a few nights ago hurting as if I smashed it with a hammer while putting shingles on a roof in sub zero temp, aka a lot.
I know both can't be repaired at the same time. Hope to be healed by riding season, just not sure what riding season I'll be ready for.
Makes me think about these pro baseball players that wait until spring training to have some type of surgery done.
