Wind Buffeting please help

I have an 04 Heritage and still have some wind buffeting at speeds over 60 MPH. I went ahead and purchased the HD Chrome wind deflectors and it has definately cut it down, but not completely. Some of my fellow HOG members have some sort of a chrome wind deflector that fits underneath the gas tank area on the forks and they say it does the trick. Unfortunately, HD does not offer this option on the Heritage, just on the touring bikes. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Have a spoiler made that fits between forks. Bolt it to headlight bolt. Piece would be 3" long by 6" wide, have it bent at a 45 degree angle with 1" at bend and other 2" angling down and back. Hope that make sence. Make it out stainless steel, won't rust.

Several have made brackets to fasten the touring one between the forks under the lower triple tree. Memphis Shades also makes Lexan deflectors that fit on each side of the fork slider lowers.
