What's the Difference

I may have messed up.... I bought a one piece Mustang seat off Ebay for my 03 Police RK, add said it was taken off an 07 SE Road King. the Mustang part number is 75798 which on their website says that seat is for RK Custom only.
Can some one tell me the difference in a RK Custom and a RK, only thing I could see was a different dash panel. Is there a difference in the chassis',frame or fender, if the seat mounts are the same and the baseplate is the same shape as regular FLH's I should be able to work around the nose of the seat, no?? I currently have a Road Glide seat on the cop king.

Thanks biglew55, the only difference I've noticed in the 97-07 seats is the shape of the nose,so I thought it was strange Mustang would have "only" for the RK Custom seat.

I have pondered the same question. Ive got a custom & have seen in catalogs seats listed as RK custom only or exept custom..
