Well Wednesday I go under the knife to get my rotatorcuff repaired. I tore it last spring, but put it off until now so I wouldn't miss any or much riding time. I'm not looking forward to being in a sling for 6 weeks and then the rehab after that. The good thing is that I should be almost like new for next years riding. I told the wife I looking forward to being waited on hand and foot. She asked if I was planning on hiring someone.:p Shes a good woman and she will take good care of me. I'm hoping anyway. :D
I'll let you all know how it goes.
those that are stil riding. Ride safe.

Good luck with the surgery. I had both rotators done and if you follow doctors orders you will come out just fine and wonder why you didn't get it done sooner.

Take it easy during the recovery period and give your body a chance to repair
