Turn signal switch extension

I've seen these plastic extensions that stick onto your stock switches to make it easier to use your turn signal switch. Does anyone know sells them?

any way to make the length of time the signal stays on longer? The auto shut off seems way too fast. (this probably not an easy fix though)

That is a non adjustable feature. The older bikes had a reed switch in the speedo and if you clipped the input wire to that switch , they become manually operated on and off.
