I am thinking about putting a set of thunderheader slip-ons on my 2004 road king.I have read posts saying both they are good and not so good.What is the torque dip people talk of and does bending the baffles defeat it? Is the 400 some-odd dollars worth the increase in performance-if there really is any? If TH are not the best,then what are? Thanks,Ben.

they fixed me up with some awesome sounding baffles for $90 + shipping
made my 05 Roadking sing!!!! i"m running True Duals with dresser Ovals with the V&h baffles removed , and added the 2" long BCT baffles, big difference!

Would a 2-1-2 header help with the low rpm stumble? I have been looking at these pipes and read the same thing also with the CFRs. I want something for performance and sound but i dont like the idea of a dip in the curve.
