Tfi help!

Ok I feel a little dumb. I went to install my TFI last night and things didn’t work out like I planned. Maybe it was because it was late. The bigger plug goes on the injector right? Where does the smaller plug go? I have an 06 Softail and I am putting on a 1240st TFI. Any help would be great. You know pictures for the challenged!

At the end of the pigtails coming from the TFI there are two plugs on each. Each one of these go to the same injector. Remove the plug off the injector and plug it into the proper pigtail and the other one that is on the same pigtail goes on the injector where you just removed the plug from.
