I go every year. It is a great event with lots of vendors and cool bikes to check out. You can really get some good deals. It's at McCormick place which is a giant convention center so bring comfortable shoes.

I think they would invite the advertising it would provide them. I have been there seveeral times, and do not remember seeing any "no camera's" signs. The show was a lot better when it was "SuperCycle".
