Jack, even though I have XL manuals to look at I tried to open your pic. Couldn't open it up to look at it.Others may be having this trouble too.

If you click on thread tools and printable it will open

Strange... It opens for me.

It opened yesterday when I resubmitted it, I proofed it twice, I can get it to open with the tabs at the top right
