Speed limited

I have a 2013 slim. It pulls hard up to 100 mph and then climbs slowly to 105-110 mph. Is there a timing retard at 100 mph on this bikes?

There is a rev limiter at 5200rpm or 5500rpm and that is the only built in limiter that I know of.

Yep, no "speed" limiter. It might go faster in 5th than 6th. Better gear ratio, and engine is in happier rpm range. You can't hurt a Harley with the factory rev. limit in place.

Of course you could build a motor that pulls hard starting 100 mph. In reality though not many ride in that area for very long if it all.
