Shock seals

Shock seals on my bagger are leaking. Anyone out there know where new seals can be purchased?

They are not serviceable. Some have changed oil but rebuild kits are not available. I even tried a motocross suspension shop and he said that he had tried to rebuild a couple of shocks but no luck. I got a set from eBay for $50. plus shipping
