Saddlebag guard

So I like the look of my Ultra without the twin rail saddlebag guard, the only problem is that when they are removed, of course, you have the holes glaring at you where they mount to the guard on the front side of the bag. I would remove them and put on the saddlebag support kit like the SG has but it is a lift point for me when I am putting the bike on the center stand. I was wondering if anybody knows of a good looking remedy for this problem without spending the $180 on the guards without the holes in them.

How about some chrome blank covers, you can find these at a hardwear store or some of the auto part stores, Dealer may have something that would normaly go into a allen /torx type head - bolt.
