Seeing as how I'm getting long in the tooth and having some knee trouble I have considered putting a reverse gear like Tabortrikes sells. The one that adds a shift handle and gear on the right side of the transmission. I have a '06 wideglide with the 6 speed and it gets somewhat painfull backing it up anymore. The 6th gear costs about $1300.00, and I don't want a trike yet. If and when that day comes(when that day comes) for a conversion, I would already have 6th gear installed. Does anyone have any thaughts on this idea?? I am all ears. In the wind.
