Restore Lowers

Some time ago I read some directions for a step by step restoration of stock lowers on a Dyna. Can anyone head me in the right direction?

You'll have to be a bit more specific here being the dynas don't have lowers.

A newbie gaff!! I'm talking about the bottom part of the forks. The previous owner removed the reflectors and they are scratched up.

OK ..they are sliders or fork lowers
