Rentals in Ireland?

My wife and I want to take a trip to Ireland, we are in the states presently. Would like to see Ireland on a bike, what we want is to have the 1st night and the last night planned, in between, we would like to be free to explore the country. Does anyone know any place to help with setting up a trip like this?

Much appreciated.

Heres a few links that might help you out,one of the links is a Harley dealer that rents bike, the other link is a company that you can book your whole trip through.
Killarney and trip round the Ring of Kerry is a must, there is a Harley rally every May in Killarney, unsure of the date for next years.
Have a good one.

Forgot to add this tour company also.

Irish Motorcycle Adventures - Motorcycle Rental and Tours in Ireland

You might be better booking your own flights etc, then book a motorcycle from a rental in Ireland near where your arrival airport is,most bike rentals if near the airport will pick you up.

Here's another company that does the whole package for you, tours and Rental.
Think they are an American company.

October can be mixed weather here in Ireland, so i would bring plenty of warm biking gear, but you should have no probs finding places to stay over night, Hotels etc, plus most Hotels have good offers in October as the holiday season is well and truely over.
Hope you have good holiday

Thanks for all the help and info. Are you in Ireland currently? If so, perhaps we can hook up for a pint. When is a good time to travel there?

Between May and September is the best time for a holiday in Ireland, but you can never depend on the weather here.
No probs with a meet up if im free.
Im from Northern Ireland which is part of the UK as you probably know.
