Rapid City, SD to Ogden, UT

Need a few opinions here. Wife and I are jumping on the Ultra Friday morning and we're riding out to Hill Air Force Base in Ogden, UT. Saturday we have all day to check stuff out but we want to know the best places around there to ride. We really wanted to hit Arches Park but it's 270 miles from our lodging and that wouldn't leave much time to spend in the park (540 miles just to get there and back). Sunday we're headed home. Anything closer to Ogden to check out? All opinions are welcome.

Well,

We're off in the a.m............going to visit Steamboat, CO and Flaming Gorge on the way to Ogden. Not sure what to see once we get near Salt Lake City but I guess we'll have to ask the locals. Bikes are POURING into Sturgis as I speak. Hope you all have a safe weekend.
