Question about bike

Hey,

Just bought a 2008 Fatboy and I want to tear it down for paint. The bike has removable saddlebags. I can't get the lug out of the rear fender brace. Is there a special tool or trick? I've attached a picture of the lug.

Or is it an allen with a spring? Give it a half turn with pressure and see what happens

Try applying heat with a hair dryer, sometimes they over do it with the lock-tite. .The heat will soften it up enough to turn it.
