So, I put the 16" apes on my scoot a while back and left the stock riser bushings on there. Low and behold they are trashed. So, new project!! I put the poly riser bushings on and got everything cinched up good, but now I have a problem. My riser cover does not go back on very well. Like the risers are taller now. There's a gap under the spear over the nacelle. Needless to say I'm not happy and there are a few new holes in my garage wall. I have taken it all back down and put it all back together again to try and see if I had something misaligned or something, but it's all good. I didnt leave any washers or spacers in there. Any ideas???:small3d023:
