Oil change HELP!!!

First Time be gentle...What are the flush hex plugs located on the front right between the frames, ok, I thought the first one was the transmission drain, nope, small quanity of what appears to be engine oil (like 2 tablespoon full) so I got smart and tried the second one, same thing, 2 tablespoon full of engine like oil. Yes I finally found the transmission drain between the shocks, my concern is the function of the plugs, they had red locktite, thought I needed to ask in case they are oil pressure adjustments or worse...

If you refer to the two plugs on the filter mount, they are used in the manufacturing of the mount and serve no useful service parts.

Check out the self help forums in what ever area that you are working in for some pics, videos and info on servicing Harleys.
 
Nope, these plugs are on the bottom near the right frame, both same size, one plug is up a bit higher. Thanks, am looking in self help...got all the fluids changed just need to know the purpose of those plugs.
