My buddies and I frequently ride out Rt 25A (Northern Blvd). Just past Glen Cove Rd in Greenvale, it gets scenic and lovely. Just past the Fish Hatchery (just before you get to Cold Spring Harbor) go right and avoid the town. Great twisty ride up the hill. Then come into Huntington. Go straight through Huntington. Continue through Centerport past turnoff for Vanderbilt Museum. Continue to Northport. Can either take a left to go into lovely town of Northport, or continue @ 1mile. Directly ahead on far corner of Jericho Tpke, Sweet Mama's is a great biker friendly restaurant.
