Thanks Troy and all you guys for the great info, the build date on the bike was Oct 1999 and the deal fell apart but as I look for a bike I will continue to read the posts here and learn as much as I can. Thanks Again

Not sure exactly what you're looking for; however, HD made some really great improvements in 2009. Personally, I'd buy a 2009 over a 2010, you could save a little $$ and get a great bike w/ a new frame, 96" motor and a six speed tranny. Let us know what you find. Good luck.

IMO .... Passing on it, YOU did the right thing Just for the Build date. As that bike would cost a lot to get into the runability it needed at that price..

If you can go a little newer B-1B_Guy is right on suggesting that...
