where do these three black wires wires go , the top three of the plug does anyone know? some one put new bars on previously and all these wires were cut but I can't find where these were connected to .as it was a basket case when I got itits a 1995 Fatboy evo carborated

You need to get the wiring diagram( or schematic) for that year and model.
And you’ll probably need your voltmeter to test the wires for 12vdc power; but for continuity as well.

Test for continuity to ground, black is normally a ground color.
