I was going to say Ohio, before I looked at the poll. But see it's only #23. There was a stretch of road 2min from my old house in Ohio, that was the highest ticketed stretch of slab in the entire state. I-275. There were LEO's all the time on that stretch. And one of my neighbors was a trucker, and I believe he said Ohio was one of the worst for those in that trade as well.
