Here is the problem. On this Merch, there are no gaskets; cylinder to lower case and heads to cylinders are both "O" rings. I tried to get a torque reading during the disassembly but since, after the first bolt, each one is a little looser than the previous bolt, I only got one sketchy reading. The first bolt started to move at 65 ftlbs which is WAY MORE than any Evo or Twin Cam.
With the company going through a series of owners toward the end and each one making their own little changes to the motors, it is hard to find reliable information on them.
I will probably end up using the the high end of the individual bolt grade/thread torque specs and hope for the best. Thank you for taking the time to reply.
