Luggage Rack Bag

Looking through a somewhat recent HOG magazine (sorry do not have the month), on Page 50 there was a picture of a Heritage on a mountain peak road in Washington State with a gray haired woman standing behind. The bike has a studded luggage rack bag mounted on the back which I am trying to locate. I am having trouble locating the bag online, can anyone provide some help? Thanks.
