2005 Ultra Classic, lower fairing vent doors normally "ratchet" open and closed on 3 or 4 stop settings to allow adjustable settings. Problem is the round plastic disk with the serrations on which the door hinge "ratchets" is worn fairly smooth and the door swings open and closed. A few years back I fixed the problem (temporarily) by filing the serrations deeper and tightening the hinge up. Dealership no help, say parts apparently not sold separately.
