Just bought a new 2012 Road King. Not going to change the pipes now but do want to go with the regular K&N air filter. Will I need it remapped with just installing this filter? Thanks

With just a filter change you won't have to change anything.

You don't really have to change anything but, you're putting more air into the engine which will make it run even leaner than stock...not a particularly good thing as the engine will run hotter. If it were my bike, I'd add a fueler such as a TFI or Vand H Fuelpak, etc. Your bike will love you for it.

If you are just doing the K&N air filter without the doing the HD Stage 1 air cleaner kit then there is no need for a re-mapp, the computer will adjust to this upgrade just fine.

No need to do any remapping for a air filter. It will run just fine.
