The Isle of Man TT (Time Trials) is an open street loop up and down a twisty mountain top road race in and thru a countryside township. Imagine a tradition started with motorcycle singles, twins and open class road racers. It was even a leg of the 500 MotoGP in the 80's until it was deemed too dangerous hmmm 140 -150mph on small 2 lane closed circuit mountain/country roads...THINK?!!! You could be dirinking a beer on your driveway and BRRRRRR-Ding-Ding-Ding-BRRRRRR a motorcyclist rips by with cheering crowds on both sides of the sidewalk cheering them on, just missing the sides of buildings, overhead patios just above that you could almost reach out with your hands and touch the racers...THAT CLOSE!
