ignition coil??

I have a 2010 Streetglide and when i first start driving it runs great,after it warms up it looses power.I find that the worst time is when im at a stop light and it feels like im running on one cylinder? i metered out the ignition coil and i read 6000 ohm. I also metered out my spark plug wires and i get 6000 ohms on one wire and 12000 on the other which makes sence seeing as its twice as long.

Sounds like when it gets hot it is going into parade mode. It is actually running on one cylinder. That is what parade mode does in a simple way of saying it. Once you start rolling again and gets some air across that motor, does it cool down and start to run well again?
