I have a question 2005 lowers sportster

does anyone know if 2005 Motor lowers will fit in 1993 sportster cases. Both models are 1200. Thanks

Sorry, My Bad, I was talking about the motor.

well the reason I was asking is my nephew did some trading for a 1993 1200 sportster. the bike has messed up splines on on the counter sprocket shaft. Since he saw a complete flywheel and Pistons set up for a 2005 are on eBay. He was wondering if they would fit in his 1993 cases.
