How to Quiet Rinehart Mufflers Down?

Just purchased a 10 Ultra that has the Rinehart tru duals w/ there mufflers. I know that there gonna be loud as I had this set up on my 03 SERK. I know that they offer a quiet baffle but as I remember there still loud. Does anyone else offer even quieter baffles?

No its the mufflers as I have had them on oter bikes in the past with stock head pipes and the mufflers are LOUD even with there optional quiet baffle.

Might be worth a try to contact Big City Thunder and see if they think thier baffles might be quieter.

I bought some muffler packing on ebay and wrapped the outside of the baffle with it. Slid it back in and is softer sound now.

I have not noticed a difference in power. My bike only has 73 hp so 1 or 2 hp would not be noticed.

I just picked the size length of my baffle and ordered it. I made sure I had extra but only had to make one pass around the baffle. I haven't noticed any power loss. I wasn't too sure about the sound but don't even think about it now. I wanted to quiet the noise when I wore a helmet which was deafening. The packing didn't help.
