What was amazing to me other than the fact that he is a moron, is that 1. he was doing it around so many other people including small children and 2. once he goes down, he stops to pick up his sunglasses and his cigarette instead of immediately running for the bike to check it or shut it down, or keep it form leaking flammable fluids all over the place....

He is definitley a synonym for a donkey.
