How do I adjust my Handlebars? 01 Ultra

New to the forum, been lurking for some time. I have been wanting to move my handlebars back a bit but dont see how to do it. I had the front faring off and it was not possible to get to. Can someone explain to me in detail how to get to the handle bar bolts? Thanks to all who can assist..
