I just purchased a 2014 Dyna Lowrider, she is very quiet. How would I go about removing the baffles to make it a little louder. Not crazy loud but loud

Removing the baffles is going to create a headache and you will probably wished you did not do that. The bike needs back pressure and on the newer bikes it is all part of the master plan both with performance and emissions.
Find some mufflers with 1.75 or less baffles and you are good to go.
