Has anyone swapped out the factory speedometer for a Dakota digital gauge? The rep from Dakota says it is an easy plug and play swap. I keep all the current functions plus I get the tach, oil temp and gear indicator. But do I loose and trouble shooting codes or if I loose my alarm fob am I out of luck? I was looking at the HD model but I like the extra options that the Dakota offers at the same price. I like the Speed/tech combos.
